Shipping Policy
All items purchased from us will be shipped out within two business days. Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a text message with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout.
All the shipping will be handled by Fedex, and they will come with Fedex shipping insurance. We won’t provide refund for any damages caused by Fedex, but customers can contact Fedex directly to claim damage insurance.
Return & Refund Policy
We will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our any sold items, except for if product damages are found. Please contact us at [email protected] to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
